Shipping & Returns
Most orders will be processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link.
For our business clients, returns are accepted only for contractual reasons, including:
- Defective products (reported within 48 hours)
- Fulfillment errors (wrong item or quantity)
- Damage during transit (reported within 48 hours)
All trade returns must go through our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process by contacting your Account Manager or emailing b2bsales@suns.com.sg within the specified return window of 14 days from delivery.
Please include your PO number, SKU(s), a detailed contractual reason for return, photo evidence where applicable.
Each return request will be carefully reviewed to ensure everything is being handled fairly and smoothly.
We will be unable to refund original shipping fees on any orders.
For orders outside of Singapore there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for.
Please note that suns Singapore will not cover or reimburse these fees.
